This membership is for clients who want the benefits of the Far Infrared Sauna while they relax for multiple 30-minute sessions during the month and want to save.

Sauna Detox Program

This program is for clients who want the benefits of the Far Infrared Sauna and need to detox.

This is an 8-week detox.

16 sauna sessions (see below for time options and cost). 

Each session includes:

• Water bottle

This is a specific detox protocol. At least 2 sauna sessions per week is required.

This program includes:

Wellness Monthly Membership

This membership is for clients who need and want accountability on their health journey! 

This membership includes:

• One, 15-minute check-in calls each month with your Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP)

• Access to your client portal through the Better app

• Access to your practitioner

• Monthly meal plan & nutrition guide

• Accountability with your practitioner - there will be reviews of your food logs, water intake and lifestyle activities where your HHP will monitor, give you feedback and hold you accountable each month

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Packages

This membership is for clients who want the benefits of Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching and the accountability you need to reach your health goals!

These 30-minute sessions focus on how food is medicine and how foods and food groups affect the body. These sessions are tailored specifically to YOUR goals and your practitioner will work with you to reach those goals.

Included in each session:

• Personalized macronutrient planning

• Access to the Better app to track your progress

• Accountability with your practitioner 

• Resources and tools to help you reach your goals! 

These sessions will not only help the physical, but also the mind and spiritual components of supporting the body from the inside out!
